Membership access and subscription begin on the date of purchase.
Discounts only apply to purchases made within the same transaction.
Each time an account manager needs to purchase additional memberships (adding more educators)
after the initial purchase, it’s processed as a separate transaction.
Each new order generates its own invoice, so invoices cannot be combined to include
previous orders and discounts; however, you can submit one payment to cover multiple invoices if
that's easier for your records.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted or confirmed by the Account Manager.
Requests made after two weeks are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds apply only to memberships being fully cancelled, not for adjustments, user
substitutions, or transfers.
Partial refunds are not provided.
