Payment Policies
Purchase Policy
- Membership access and subscription begin on the date of purchase.
- Discounts only apply to purchases made within the same transaction.
- Each time an account manager needs to purchase additional memberships (adding more educators) after the initial purchase, it’s processed as a separate transaction.
- Each new order generates its own invoice, so invoices cannot be combined to include previous orders and discounts; however, you can submit one payment to cover multiple invoices if that's easier for your records.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted or confirmed by the Account Manager.
- Requests made after two weeks are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds apply only to memberships being fully cancelled, not for adjustments, user substitutions, or transfers.
- Partial refunds are not provided.
Australia Pricing
We know educators and schools need predictable pricing. That’s why we offer Australian pricing in AUD using a fixed exchange rate rather than fluctuating market rates.
This keeps things simple:
- No surprise exchange-rate changes
- No hidden conversion fees
- Clear AUD pricing at checkout
As with all pricing, this rate is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains fair and appropriate.
